Our stay at Ginger’s home was delightful! Beautiful home with everything we needed. Right in town so convenient to walk to the shops and restaurants. And it was very clean! I’d wholeheartedly recommend a stay there to anyone.

The kitchen had everything that was needed plus some extras like coffee pods and snacks. The microwave had not been cleaned well with bits of food remaining. Same for the toaster. It was not bad, but not excellent either. Looked as if the guests befor us didn't leave much time for the cleaning crew to do their best.

The apartment was well equipped with plenty of little extras- like coffee and fixings, little snacks, all the kitchen and bar equipment you could hope for. Everything was well decorated without being over the top. It is well situated in Georgetown within walking distance of shops and the waterfront. Only about a 30 minute drive to Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach Park which was our reason to visit. The owner was a wonderful host and was easy to communicate with. We are recommending it to friends and family

This is an amazing space, in a great location, with wonderful hosts! We were able to enjoy close proximity to Georgetown restaurants, the historic neighborhood, and short drives to the sites in the area. Ginger and William were very accessible and responsive. Beautiful place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very nicely furnished and well-stocked. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The location was great for enjoying downtown. We enjoyed walking the surrounding neighborhood which is very pretty. And Ginger was a very nice and accommodating owner; she even allowed us to change our dates at the last moment due to a death in the family. I would highly recommend this place.
