"We originally booked the DoubleTree for 3 nights, but unfortunately after the first night we decided to leave early. The overall hotel itself actually seemed pretty decent — the outdoor patio area was cute, the complimentary cookies were a nice touch, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Customer service was definitely the highlight here and the reason I’m giving 3 stars. However, the rooms were very disappointing. They felt extremely outdated and honestly just gave off an old, uncomfortable vibe. The carpet especially felt yucky and worn, and the showers definitely need updating as well. For us, the room itself is the biggest part of the stay, and it just did not feel clean, modern, or comfortable enough to relax in. I really think this hotel has potential because the common areas and staff were great, but the rooms are seriously lacking and overdue for renovations. Updating the rooms would make a huge difference in the overall guest experience."

"Inside the area is clean and amenities are great (microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, bbq area with tables and chairs, etc.)! Breakfast was good: eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles, bread, cereal, quick bite items. Outside the hotel wasn’t bad but there were homeless, and the area isn’t as high end."
