Honestly I love coming here for the holiday. The room is always nice. I love all the lights. This time though I had an issue. I checked in was charged at that time and the 100 hold I checked out the next day, was handed a receipt for the parking and thought everything was good. On new years eve I get an alert that they charged me again. Long story short, I wasnt able to get any help or resolve. Basically wait some business days and it should clear up. So over $700 gone but hey just wait it out. It is Monday the 5th still no money back. Horrible

Absolutely the room was perfectly clean and yes the staff was great it's the 3rd time I've stayed here and i definitely recommend this hotel especially on Christmas time cause the decor is beautiful.

Room needs a major upgrade, especially the bathroom, which looks like a bathroom you would find in an old house from the 50's, in a tasteless, tacky way. I understand the vibes of the hotel are not modern, but it's supposed to be updated, classic luxury as seen in the common areas.

We hooked for 2 rooms. After checking in both our rooms were very dirty. One of the rooms had a broken lock. They changed our rooms to another which smelled horrible. Both of the rooms were very dirty, one had dirty sheets, with make up on the pillow case. The tub was dirty and had old water still sitting in the tub.
