I often stay here for sorter work trips. Convenient central location. Prefer the rooms on higher floors and to the side or back away from King William Street. Comfortable bed. Tv is old and not inspiring to watch with movie all paid, but means I get out and about instead.

We have stayed here before and it was excellent not this time. Room smelt of smoke broken shower door had been removed and not replaced. Plates in cupboard covered in sticky pink icing. Dirt around sink!

"VERY comfortable bed and nice heavy pillows.
Super clean room and everywhere else, as well.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
My only minor complaint is the VERY stingy wine pours from the bar. Their large pour was smaller than most restaurants' small pour; not just once, either...all of them, over the course of 4 days, were very light.
There were LOTS of really nice little restaurants and coffee shops in very short walking distance."
