This VRBO is not designed for those who want to cook and bake (there is no stove, nor oven, nor dishwasher). This VRBO is less of a lakehouse, and more of a bunkhouse barndominium.

There are three separate living areas (2 bedrooms and one gathering/living area).
‱ For 5 or fewer guests, two master bedroom suites each with multiple beds and a shared master bathroom accessible from each private room. (separate keyed entry sharing wall with included bunkhouse - may be keyed differently if requested prior to check-in)

This VRBO is not designed for those who want to cook and bake (there is no stove, nor oven, nor dishwasher).

The kitchenette is galley style with a fridge, microwave, portable single electric burner, sink, and coffee station (no stove nor oven). There is also an additional small fridge, microwave, and coffee station in the suites. There is a good blender for drinks, a rocket grill to make burgers, and the owner can hook you up with an outside bbq grill if requested in advance at no fee.

This VRBO includes a full size washer dryer.

The main living space has a pool table (convertible toppingpong table), a small living area with sofa, chairs, wood burning stove and TV on the other side. There is a small kitchenette, a fridge, a washer/dryer, and coffee/drink station in between.

Outdoors consists of a large covered patio, a grass play area, and a separate small outdoor patio area on a small hill with a pleasant view of the lake.

This boathouse was designed for family and friends: kids and teens to overflow from adjacent properties in the area or overflow from the private vrbo lakehouse next door or the private VRBO suite next door on either side.

As you enter, there is a large covered patio with seating and play areas including hoops and a swing set play gym on the lawn.

Inside the bunkhouse there is a gathering area with a pool/ping pong table and bistro style small tables. There is a small galley kitchen area adjoining (without stove) and a small living room with sofa, chair and a 48 inch tv. The sleeping areas adjoin the main living areas.

Boathouse has a small outdoor area overlooking the lake, with a porch swing and a two-chair bistro table set.

The locked|secured dock at the adjacent lakefront lakehouse next door may also be able to rent (at separate house steps away and down the hill at lake level). If adjacent lakehouse is not occupied during your stay, and if pre-approval is given, then it might be possible to access the lakefront and dock upon request at time of booking. **The instant booking option does not include the dock access.**

Fee based Lake Front and Boat Dock access. Dock upgrade request will be given only if it is available and will be charged the separate fee after instant booking. (must reserve in advance/check for availability).

This VRBO has worked well for guests who bring their own boat or jetski’s and bring 1 or 2 families with kids. While there are many beds, the maximum number of adults is 7 (parents and elders). All remaining guests can be children as long as there are no more than four children between 14-17 years old).

This VRBO also works well for those who need an overflow area where kids can play out while elders or grandparents enjoy an adjacent or nearby lakehouse.

This vrbo property does *not* include lake front or dock access through adjacent lakehouse *unless* reserved in advance upgrade. Adjacent lakehouse and boat dock will be blocked with no access during your stay to ensure privacy of lakehouse guests. (dock access is gated and locked with security monitoring).

Parking:
- Property may allow for RV parking if available (must inform reserve in advance at time of booking)
- Property allows for up to 3 vehicles + boat trailer (max)

Note: Parties for anyone other than sleeping guests are strictly prohibited. Septic and plumbing is not designed for events, only for those staying overnight.

Please Note:
‱ This is *not* a party place. Parties for anyone other than sleeping guests prohibited. Septic system is not designed for events, only for those staying on site.
‱ Fireworks are strictly prohibited. If any guest is caught or identified using fireworks 🎇 by local authorities, neighbors outdoor security cameras, or noise decibel detectors, then guests will be asked to leave (evicted immediately), and security deposit refund will be legally withheld. Please don’t risk fire damage and/or loss of property or injury.

Security Camera:
- For the protection of the property, an exterior cameras may be active during your stay. The camera is a motion activated near the boathouse entry at the top of the steps. If someone rings the doorbell, the owner will be notified by text message and may answer. When camera is activated, it transmits and records simultaneously. Camera may be deactivated upon request on case by case basis.

Lake house stay

This place was nice and had plenty of room for my children to sleep comfortably. Very accommodating to me and my guests and took care of any problems we had very quickly. I would recommend this place 10/10.
