Quiet. Waited too long to check in. Finally brought extra staff from the back to assist. I approached the front desk to ask about a missing item. Was told she just got on shift and didn't know anything, then asked about it without telling me what she was doing. Needs assist with scripting. Very rude parking supervisor.

Great room and great service. However, Sat morning I was awakend by some loud noise outside my room and outside the building around 8:45/9:15 earlier than I'd have liked. I shared with the Omni team and they are working on a discount, but haven't yet heard what that's going to be. Other than that, stay was GREAT.
