Generally unsatisfied with the hotel & room. Bed was very firm, bathroom not very private located right beside the bed. Check out was at 12 on Saturday morning…. Maid service knocked on my door at 9 AM & again at 10 AM.

The vent in the room blows right on your face while in bed. It dried out our eyes and was very uncomfortable. The heat was no working in the room. It was 60 degrees when we arrived in the room. We had to call maintenance since it was not working and he came 25mins later. Needed extra towel and wash cloth and that took 40mins to receive. We love the feature of the hotel room keys only accessing the floor you are staying however, we were not given directions on how to use along with numerous others that were standing at the elevators.
