The property was convenient to restaurants and shops. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was easy to access but only grab & go items. Overall the experience was very pleasant.

Room was not ready at 4pm for check in. Desk clerk said he’d text when ready- never did. Then we were checked in & given a room that was already occupied. Almost walked in on a lady naked coming out of the shower.

Roxanne, and the entire front desk staff were excellent in every way. I will definitely return to this location. Also the staff @ the WXYZ lounge were kind and friendly. I didn’t eat breakfast or meals there, I was off property during those times, however I did enjoy some lounge snacks while watching a football game and shooting pool.
