Escape to a 5-bedroom, 2-bath retreat nestled on McGinnis Point - a narrow peninsula. The sheltered cove, a no-wake haven, is perfect for fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. A boat ramp is just a short walk. The house includes a private dock.

Essentials are never far with gas stations and a grocery store within 5 minutes’ drive. Nearby, you'll also find dining options and live bait shops.

The Space:
The listing offers 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location has a house and detached living quarters. The house has two bedrooms both with queen size beds. The other bedroom has a bunk bed. The bunk bed has a full size mattress on bottom and a twin on top. The queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom takes up most of the bedroom space. The detached living quarters include two bedroom and a full bathroom. The bedrooms has queen size beds.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the house on the south side of the street.

The Neighborhood:
The house is part of community of 10 houses or so on a small peninsula called McGinnis Point. This property is located in no-wake cove perfect for swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. The property is a 2 minute walk from a public boat ramp. The launch fee is $5. The launch area has trailer parking. The property is located on a private road/dead end with very little traffic. It's safe for children to play in the yard without fear of fast moving vehicles. There are several gas stations and a grocery store nearby. Rock B Ranch is about 15 minutes away from our property.

Getting Around:
The Trading Post, 1712 Park Rd 36, Graford, TX 76449, is the local grocery store.

It was a really great experience despite the rain. Location is great, boat launch is 50 yards away. The guest house is perfect to put kids in and looks brand new. Boat dock worked great for 2 boats abd could fish right off the dock. 20 ride to Hell’s Gate and can surf & tube right outside the cove from the house in 45’ deep smooth water. Cove is super deep and protected.

Great Week at PK Lake

My family loved this house that is right on the water. The location has easy access to the boat ramp, gas stations and grocery store. We stayed 5 days and had the lake to ourselves. We have stayed at many different houses on the lake, but this was by far our favorite and we will definitely be coming back next year. Thanks Again Wade!!

This was a very easy process. Easy to get in make ourselves at home in this beautiful clean updated lake home. They thought about everything when renting it out. Our family had a wonderful time. Convenience, peace, and great views in one place. We had Thanksgiving here and had no issues preparing the meal with the kitchen. Everyone slept well and raved about the comfortable beds.

Amazing views!!

I will most definitely be staying here again. My family along with friends had an amazing time. The view is spectacular off the back porch, even at night the lights make it great for sitting and enjoying the company. There is plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and ready for us, check in and out was easy. The Host was the sweetest person and very easy to work with. So many difficulties on my end getting this trip going due to family emergencies and Wade was so understanding and helpful. Just the Host alone Carries a 5 star as well. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you so much for sharing your home and letting us create new memories!

Fun Times

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were able to watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We were entertained by the Canadian geese, goslings and various water life. We were close to marinas (to rent a boat from) and dining. The cabin and kitchen were updated and the A/C worked like a charm.

Little House Packs A Punch

Let me start off by saying the house looked little but it was not. It had enough space for all of us. The house is perfectly located to everything we needed. The gas station was down the street, the actual grocery store was only six minutes away and the boat dock to dock our boat was a hope skip and a jump away. The house had a dock that we swim and fish from. The fire pit was awesome. We also loved the two extra bedrooms with a restroom was a bonus. We’ve rented a lot of houses on PK and this house was my favorite. Also we saw deer, a raccoon and hummingbirds on the side of the house where the red flowers were at. Also I don’t want to leave out Wade our host. He was awesome, I had two questions and he got back to me asap. Which was where do we put the trash when it got full? ( My sons for some reason didn’t see the big trash can to put the trash in, which was right in front of the house.) On how to work the thermostat due to the fact it was a nest thermostat. I would rent this house again. Thank you Wade for opening up your home to us.

Awesome lake house

We loved this house. So spacious for our family of 6. The dock and swimming was spectacular. The lake right off the dock was super deep and we brought our own life jackets to be safe! You will enjoy this home and Wade was super easy to communicate with. We will absolutely be back!

Fun, Relaxing Getaway!

Great place to stay, fish from your back porch, watch the kids swim and jump off the dock, and relax at the end of the day. The perfect spot right inside the no wake zone. Within walking distance of the marina made it so easy to launch our seadoo and boat. Wade was an excellent host. He made sure we had all we needed. Thank you for opening your home to us. I highly recommend staying if you need a fun, relaxing getaway!!
