We love staying at Drury Inns. This particular hotel was beautiful and spacious. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious as always.

The location was appropiate for our needs, carpets and rooms need a real clean-up, did not feel comfortable with so many dogs in the property and the fact that people come down to the dinning area with their dogs, don't get me wrong, I love dogs, but I feel they don't belong in the dinning area

We had made a last minute decision to attend an expo in the area. We have stayed at the Drury Hotel chain in othe locations and knew we loved them. This one was so well placed for us. Near food, gas and close to the event we went for. It was even walking distance to the free shuttle for the event, if we decided to go that way. The front desk staff waa wonderful, they made every attempt to ensure all aspects where handled with each guest ahead of us. The room was clean and in good shape. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Such a great place to stay.

I thought I was paying 198 during week and 242 on Friday but they price gauge on Wednesday for 252 then Thursday for 339 then Friday for 489 they said it was because of graduation I will never stay at another Drury inn ever I talked to assistant manager and he would not do anything

Staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable, free breakfast and free heavy appetizers from 530 pm-7 pm…. Also 3 free cocktails! Room was clean and quiet. One thing I didn’t realize is you have to ask for housekeeping, which was no big deal to us. Highly recommend.

We have always had a great stay at the Drury Inn & Suites in Flagstaff. Very comfortable beds and very friendly staff that go the extra mile.

A very enjoyable stay

Excellent hotel. We were upgraded to double queen suite which was spacious and nicely equipped. Parking was convenient and plentiful. Breakfast was of good quality. Highlight was the 5 to 7 happy hour, as we arrived tired and hungry. Happy hour includes 3 free drinks and a full pork bbq dinner! We will look for Drurys next time we travel.p

The staff and amenities were top notch. The bed however made the stay intolerable. To hard for me couldn't get any rest only slept about 3 hours. I was traveling for business so this is not an option for me in the future.

Staff is very friendly and the building is clean. I gave it three stars because I asked for the room to be cleaned every other day for my 4 night stay (which would've been one time) and it never happened. When I mentioned it at check out employee didn't seem to care.
