I thought the breakfast options were plentiful and the dining area was well maintained by staff. Rooms were fairly comfortable with modern decor. The one issue I encountered was that one of the automated sliding doors at the front entrance wasn't working when I arrived. This issue seemed to have been resolved by the time I left the next morning.

The manager Kari and all her staff were wonderful.. VIRGI WHO PREPARED BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING AND INTERACTED SO NICEly with my family The house keeper was wonderful as well

Was a good stay. Check in was painless and all staff encountered were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Your cook did an excellent job. The only thing I didn’t like was the height of the toilet and no bars installed on wall if I recall. I’ve had a total knee replacement and this is actually a big deal for some of us to bend our knees very well.

We always have a wonderful stay at the Baymont- Grand Forks Only one problem...we weren't impressed by being woken up at 6 : 00am by partiers in the room beside us ... loud and obnoxious .. not good this was Saturday july 5th 2025

We overall had a good stay! Our first room had a pretty bad pet urine odor. But when I told Kari at the front desk about it, she not only moved us, but upgraded our room. The new room was great and very clean. Kari was very nice and thoughtful.

It’s not the most current property. But the staff is great (front desk and breakfast in particular). It’s got a really good location - past the main center of town and before some shopppng areas - and across the street from an arena type facility. The room was clean enough. But we could see prairie dogs out the back window which was exciting for us florida people!
