Excellent Service at Knights Inn Grand Forks! I had to write a review to praise the exceptional service I received from Nate and the entire staff during my recent stay at Knights Inn. When I first checked in, I experienced a few issues with my initial room, but the team, led by Nate, handled the situation with incredible professionalism and efficiency. They were friendly, immediately addressed my concerns, and quickly relocated me to an absolutely fantastic room. The new room was perfect—clean, quiet, and very comfortable, making the rest of my stay here in Grand Forks exactly what I needed. It's this kind of dedication to guest satisfaction that really sets a place apart. Thank you, Nate and the rest of the staff, for turning a slight hiccup into a truly great experience. I highly recommend this hotel based on their commitment to excellent service!

Besides the frequent cockroaches, Knights Inn is the best of the worst in town. Miles better than Stay Inn and East Grand Inn with whom they compete for the lowest dollar per night average. Their continental breakfast is the best of the three by far. Hotel staff and housekeepers are great. The pool is decent. Like other budget hotels, they need to update their power outlet offerings to accommodate a world with cell phones. The outlets are not conveniently near the bed at all. The area of town is quite industrial but there are many stores and fast food joints within walking distance. The roaches are gross and there's no way around that. If they got rid of those this would be a point higher.

The building is dated, which I can live with. But the curtains, bathtub and bathroom walls were really dirty.

The room smelt terrible. The walls were dirty as heck. And our tv didn’t work. As soon as we walked into the hotel through the back door to get to our room. The trash cans were full by the pool. Never ever will I stay there again.

The gentleman that served me at check in was not personable. The room is outdated but clean. The continental breakfast had the basics. Just coffee, tea and milk to drink. No juices. Overall it wasn't a bad stay for the cost.

Very, very clean

This hotel was quiet, very clean and comfortable. However the rooms are in desperate need of updating. The bathtub showed wear along with old cigarette burns and scars, the carpet was starting to look threadbare. The room was scrupulously clean, it is just old. And by scrupulously clean, there was no dust behind the dresser the tv sat on. I know because I dropped something behind it and had to look. The only thing I found frustrating was lack of electrical outlets to plug chargers into. I managed because I carry a surge protector power strip with me for such eventualities. Yes, I would stay there again! I used the guest laundry and it was very clean also and reasonably priced as I washed & dried a load for less than $5 including laundry detergent.

Everynight for about 3 hours sounded like someone was throwing bouncy balls all over the place in the room above me. At checkin the staff did not say hi how are you hope you day is well nothing like that at all. There was a man in the parking lt draging around metal poles. This place is just not worth it if it would not take 5 days for a refund i would have canceled my stay shortly after checkin.

Would not recommend wasting the money
