The lady at check-in clearly told us that the GM had approved breakfast being served until 10:00 AM for the holidays. Despite that, when we arrived at 9:15 AM, breakfast was already completely closed. We contacted the front desk immediately, and even the staff member said that “this is ridiculous.” I requested to speak with the GM, and although she was called, the only solution offered was to keep some cold items—while refusing to reheat the rest. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Great staff, always helpful. I was disappointed at the construction of the coffee cups. The bottom let go after ~2 hours holding liquid, causing the remainder of the fluid to spill all over my trousers.

Staff was rude checking in, I booked 2 king size rooms and they were on complete opposite sides of the hotel. Rooms were really clean, but couldn’t get onto the WiFi and no one picked up the phone. Hotels fire alarm went off next morning, so we just checked out as soon as we were allowed back in.

Everything was clean except the sink drain. It was clogged and the was not draining at all. The housekeeping did not have a plumber or a handyman to unclog it. Instead, the front desk manager gave a plumber’s snake. I unclogged it with it.
