"The stay in the IBIS Greenwich was average. The beds were comfy, the room was clean. Majority of the staff were lovely and professional. We booked the hotel several weeks ago, however the day before we noticed that had we booked last minute we would have saved over £100 on exactly the same rooms. This left a sour taste, as despite being central, realistically it was not worth the money we initially paid."

"We went to a concert at The O2 and decided to stay here. For nearly £200 per night PLUS £35 parking for 24 hours, I think the property should be in a lot better condition. Needs a lot of work doing. Also £35 for parking, when you’re staying at the hotel, is such a joke and £50 if you’re not staying."

"The hotel generally was very clean and decorated nicely. The room was absolutely tiny, there was no other furniture in the room except a bed so everything had to go on the floor. We did go for the cheapest room and there is no window, even the windows at the end of the corridor were frosted. The shower was good. The bed was okay comfort wise. The room was very dark which was fine for one night and we were more able to lie in! The check in desk was a self check in, there was one member of staff floating around the lobby. As I'd booked through a third party website I didn't have the code I needed to check in so had to ask for assistance so was glad she was around. You have to pay for any extras including early check in, late check out and a refundable deposit to use the iron (which you'd need to use in the corridor due to the size of the room. The iron was really grubby and stained my partner's shirt, we told the staff who gave us another iron which was also grubby so we had to clean the iron as much as we could first. The staff member was not very helpful. Realistically you could only stay in that room for one or two nights due to the size."
