The main entrance scent was lovely. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They allocated a spacious and clean room for my family. There were shops near by and the station was just behind the hotel I was very pleased. One thing I suggest, upgrading the bathroom to a more aesthetic style and improving the breakfast menu I was not able to get plant based milk or yogurt for my daughter.

Uncomfortable stay

Terrible room. Paid for a queen room for the bed to be two single beds pushed together. Light coming in from curtains and plug is sink broke so couldn’t get out. For 198 a night would hope for a proper bed at least

Russel helped us move from the elderly/disabled room to a regular room. We requested for a room close to the elevator but gave us a room for wheelchair assisted people. The lady that checked us in saw that we are both able people but she gave us a room for the disabled. Need to train that lady that checked us in.

Used this property because it was the pick up spot for our Expat Explore tour. Food a little expensive but happy there is a pub right across the lot as well as a couple others within walking distance as well as a couple grocery stores I. Less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The train station is right next door. So convenient for getting to London proper.
