The hotel had had some construction (there were signs posted) and it looked like my room had been recently renovated. There was still what looked like dry wall dust all over the bathroom, the coat hangers (which got on my business clothes bc I didn't notice it at first), and kind of smeared on all the doorknobs like someone had tried to clean it off but didn't get it all, and the AC unit was spitting out black dust ball looking things that smeared like soot when I cleaned them up. All of that aggravated my sinuses and asthma. I feel like if it weren't for the contruction the room would have been really clean, as other areas (shower, sink, toilet, etc) were super clean and the main areas of the hotel lobby were very clean.

I love the fact the property is tucked away off the road. This drastically cuts down on road noise. The hotel is very clean. The only negative I have is the pillows on the are extremely soft and flatten out when lay on them.

OVERALL A GREAT HOTEL!
Let me start by saying that the hotel is nice! The interior is very clean, and the staff friendly. The only problem we had was the actual temperature of our room. It was controlled by a wall thermometer, but the problem is it automatically defaults to 71 (which is hot if the sun is beating in) . The biggest issue is the temperature was uncomfortable when it wasn't at 68 for us. I had to call down to the desk about 4 times, but finally they set the temperature at their computer and the last night wasn't so bad. You do have to pay for the continental breakfast so don't be fooled. The Pool was clean, the hot tub worked, and there are lots of close places to eat,watch movies, ect. Overall, except the few annoying points, the hotel is a nice one.
This hotel is truly worth every penny you spend there. I was only there for one night, but it was an excellent experience. We made the trip for the Atlanta Race on Labor Day weekend. Location was tucked away and very quiet, which helped the next morning to sleep in.
We got there a little to early to go to the room and about 11pm we realized that we did not get to turn on the A/C so I called the hotel and the young lady at the desk was so kind and did it for me. That is good customer service by any standards.
I just hope that if you stay at this wonderfully clean and still new hotel that you enjoy your stay as well as I did. There will be a return stay same time next year.
Our stay (18-20May2012) was splendid! This Hilton Garden Inn, (Peachtree City GA) seemed brand new! Located in a rural, peaceful, scenic area of the city, it was just what my wife and I 'deserved' after a 14 hour drive! The front desk staff was friendly, courteous & professional. The entrance/lobby was super-clean and sooo comfortable-looking. Our double-queen room was exactly as advertised. The hotel, itself, was amazingly QUIET for its size. Parking lot was well-lit and easily accessible. It turned out to be everything I expected! Housekeeping staff was awesome! No early-morning knocking at your door..like SOME hotels I've lodged with. Checkout was a breeze, and there wasn't a backlog of customers at the Front Desk. I would stay here again in-a-heartbeat, on any return trip to the Peachtree GA area. It's not very far from the Georgia Interstate highway, but, it's still a Hidden Jewel! Keep THIS in mind..though. You..MAY..find yourself wanting to EXTEND YOUR STAY!
