I enjoyed my stay at the Historic Griffin Hotel. Great little small town with several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself has a beautiful classic feel. The rooms themselves are updated but still have wooden floors and exposed brick. Staff was very helpful and friendly... like you would expect in a small town. Would stay again.

Everything was above and beyond what I look for in a high quality hotel. I plan to stay here again in the future and will recommend to my friends. Plus, it was only a 10 drive to the family I was visiting! Love the history of this beautiful place.

The hotel was charming and very well refurbished. The continental breakfast had coffee and cold water, but no equipment to have hot tea. Plus the menu was lacking.

The room was very clean and everything was updated. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. My complaints are the loud banging of the other doors all night (is there no way to muffle them?) and they need carpet runners down the halls. The floors are beautiful and I wouldn’t want them fully covered but at least get some carpet runners to muffle carts, high heels, and heavy footed walkers. We were there during a wedding and there was so much noise all night. We didn’t get a good night’s sleep.

Beautiful renovated historic hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly and very accommodating staff. Everyone was great especially Val, Laura, Solomon and the maintenance man Jose. They made sure we had everything we needed and Jose even helped my husband with a car issue. A very nice experience, no complaints.

This hotel is really beautiful and in thr center of everything downtown. There are coffee shops, brunch places and even a great place to get a facial right next door. Perfect room and small gym is very functional. This is a small hotel so typically only 1 employee at the front desk. I had to checkout at 5am and the night clerk was nowhere to be found for 15min. I did call the phone number and ring the desk bell. Eventually he came out of a side door...i think he was prepping the breakfast trays so was too far away to hear the bell. That was the only negative point and i would still absolutely stay here again when visiting family. The hotel should add a bell in the kitchen area so staff can hear it better. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

From the moment we walked in, we felt as if we stepped back in time. The restoration of the building is amazing.The staff were so friendly and we were very pleased with our room. The building is beautifully done, clean, and stylish. The room was great. I’m pumping for my newborn and picked a room without a fridge and the staff was very helpful in offering to change rooms, but ultimately brought me a fridge for my room. I WILL be staying here any time I come to the area!
