Beautiful hotel with scenic views and great food! It does need a room uograde but, the price is great so, that aspect can be overlooked.....would stay here again when visiting Guadalajara....my family enjoyed our stay. Next time will get a room by the pool area!

The Building is really Really old the location is beautiful no maintenance the building is falling apart I have pictures The curtains with hole holes, the own employees said the owners don’t want to spend money to fix the Hotel . A piece of building fall down in my patio.

Llegamos media hora antes de las 3:00 pm que es cuando se supone que deberíamos hacer check in y nos dijeron que no tenían el pago de nuestra habitación, tuve que mostrar los cargos a mi tarjeta de crédito porque ellos no lo tenían reflejado en su sistema, ya pasadas las 3:00 pm nos dieron la habilitación, llegando a esta, había un plato con restos de comida de otro huésped en mitad del pasillo y otro más en la puerta de nuestra habitación. La habitación tiene un olor a humedad y a viejo, muebles rotos y raspados, el sofá en pésimas condiciones, el aire acondicionado no servía, solo había ruido y aire caliente. El toilet tapado al igual que la coladera de la regadera, no había secadora para el cabello y tampoco toallas para secarnos, tuve que llamar en tres ocasiones para que me las enviaran, no me avisaron que las dejaron, solo las dejaron en la puerta y se fueron, por cierto toallas viejas, rasposas y rotas. Si tienen la oportunidad de ir, desaprovéchenla, no vale la pena, no van a descansar y mucho menos a relajarse si es lo que están buscando. PD: la alberca es lo único rescatable, aun que el piso de esta se está cayendo a pedazos, te encuentras los azulejos por todos lados.

I am very disappointed with our stay at this property. When we arrived we were given a room where the ac was not working. We had to switch rooms very late at night because maintenance couldn’t fix it. We were not given keys to the new room. The next day our room was not cleaned, we called reception to provide us the amenities such as clean, towels, toilet paper, water. We were told someone would bring it to our room in 15 minutes. An hour passed and nobody came. We spent the night with no toilet paper in an unclean room. During our check out I brought these concerns to the receptionist and she said she would let management know. However, I don’t know if this was really addressed. Due to our last experience here, I am reconsidering ever staying here again. I’m very disappointed. Especially because this is an expensive place to stay and the service was not as expected.
