This hotel is one of my favorite if not the only one I always chose when I travel alone or with family. They always accommodate my needs of special suite #. Quite and so close to downtown you don't need any type of transportation, but if you need one, Metro (Tren Ligero) is just 60 meters away!! easy to navigate on Metro and safe to walk on City. and the best,,, the staff lovely Younge people always ready to please you , Thanks to everyone :) Moises Adrian from Toronto

Personnel were very friendly; the room was very nice, clean and large, convenient parking. The only thing I did not like is that I could hear the TV from next door; my first night there, the TV was on all night long; the next day I had to ask at the reception to ask request the person in that room to lower the volume of the TV, and to turn it off before going to sleep.
