Staff is friendly and food is delicious. Highly recommend this Hotel as it is in Downtown, walkable to restaurants, shops, historical venues, etc. It’s in the middle of the hustle and bustle though - so if you’re looking for a secluded, quiet, non city-like attraction this might not be your preferred Hotel.

This property was beautiful, from the employees to the actual property. Check in was easy. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our whole stay. The room was spacious and clean. The whole property was stunning. The restaurant downstairs was also convenient and offered a variety of options! Located only a few minutes from the plaza, this is for sure a gem. The pool was also very nice and heated. I can not wait to come back and stay here.

Charming historic hotel in a perfect location, with a lovely pool. The older wing of the hotel was not in use, and seemed even more charming. Staff was friendly but could’ve been more helpful and informative, like, “Hey, today the scheduled protests are shutting down the entire Centro, so if you leave be prepared for an expensive, frustrating cab ride where you’ll have to walk the last half mile,” or, “Hey, tonight there will be a free concert by the State Band in the plaza and then an incredible light show projected onto the cathedral.” We were lucky enough to stumble upon the light show, but missed the concert, even though we had been speaking with the concierge about activities.

The architecture at Hotel Morales is beautiful. Our room was more spacious than the standard hotel room. Lots of storage, bathroom is modern, beds are comfortable and all is very clean and well maintained. The pool was lots of fun! Breakfast was tasty and the view at the lobby is perfect with its water fountain in the middle. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. It’s also within walking distance to so many attractions.
