Hot tub wasnt working and staff was nice up until checkout date. Different staff was not as inviting on last day. Some details where not explained regarding their breakfast and drink vouchers that put a sour taste on an otherwise great stay. Lack of flexibility from staff on final day is what lowered my score. Hotel is very clean and inviting with lots of privacy to enjoy your stay.

Very nice and friendly towards us and our pet. Comfortable and classy establishment. Was confused when try to take my service animal into the restaurant and was denied entrance due to not allowing animals in the restaurant, not even service animals. When asked why, i was told that other guests felt uncomfortable. Totally contradicts a pet friendly establishment and violates government laws.

This boutique Hotel is quaint and put together. Makes you feel like you’re home. The welcome staff (in particular Hector ) was very courteous and helpful. He told us where to eat and how to get there. He waited for us upon our return before closing the main door. The amenities were great. Overall It was a wonderful experience with lots of traditional Mexican charm.
