Excellent hotel for your stay in Guadalajara! We stayed for three nights and the all the staff was always very helpful and friendly, they also offered delicious complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is great because it has a variety of dining options. Clean. My only feedback is I would ask that the housekeeping team be more considerate about their guest and bring down the noise level. There was a lot of loud talking across the hallway while they cleaned up some rooms,and that was pretty unpleaseant when youre trying to unwind and settle in after a long day of travel.

The hotel smells unpleasant, like paint, like it was recently remodeled. The color scheme felt very 80's: red, white, and black. It was not inviting or relaxing at all. The rooms and hallways were decorated with a whimsical/cartoonish astronaut/outer space theme. The lighting for the entire hotel could use an overhaul. It feels like you are in an office building. I have never stayed in a room that didn't have a closet. Instead, it had two rods sticking out of the wall where you could hang your clothes -exposed-. No drawers either, just some shelves. The air conditioning made all sorts of noises and dripped water all over the floor. When we reported the issue, we were told that as long as we kept it around 23-24 degrees Celsius (74-75 degrees Fahrenheit) the unit would work normally. We followed the instructions, and we still had a puddle of water the next day. We reported it again, and nothing got done about it. Lastly, the remote control for the TV was out of batteries. I really wanted to like this hotel, but it just didn't deliver.
