The Space:

This fully private apartment is located on the 13th floor and features a thoughtfully designed layout that combines comfort and functionality. It includes two bedrooms—one primary bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom that is comfortable and well equipped—along with two full bathrooms in total. The space offers a living room with city views, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as air conditioning for a pleasant stay. The apartment accommodates up to five guests and is designed to provide comfort, privacy, and a premium lodging experience.



Guest Access:

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. The apartment offers 100% self check-in, allowing you to arrive at the time that best suits your schedule.



On the morning of your arrival, we will send you the access instructions via messaging. Please feel free to let us know in advance if you have any requests or special needs prior to your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Avenida de las Américas in the Colomos Providencia neighborhood, the apartment is situated in a safe, modern area with excellent connectivity. The neighborhood is close to the Financial District and offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shopping centers. Parks and recreational areas are also just minutes away, making it an ideal setting for both business and leisure stays.



Getting Around:

Avenida de las Américas is one of the city’s main thoroughfares, making it easy to get around Guadalajara. From the apartment, guests can conveniently travel by car to different parts of the city or use ride-hailing services. The area also provides quick access to major avenues, allowing fast connections to commercial, corporate, and recreational zones. Additionally, nearby public transportation options make getting around the city even more convenient.



Other Things to Note:

For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory weekly cleaning service will be scheduled to ensure optimal hygiene and comfort during your stay. The cost of the service is $550 MXN per visit, which includes towel replacement, trash removal, and general cleaning of bathrooms and floors. The day and time of the service can be coordinated in advance with our staff.
