The property was clean and in excellent condition, the staff were prompt, attentive, and outgoing (especially Rita, a breakfast attendant, who exemplified amazing customer service and care for the guest), and the room received daily housekeeping. Because of its central location, Staybridge Novena is a short walk (or drive) away from most anything you’d want to do. Don’t waste time fretting. If you are planning to visit Guadalajara, the Staybridge Novena hotel should be at the top of your hotel list.

This place is safe for families. We travelled with 3 kids and stayed for 10 days. Breakfast options are good. Place is safe to walk around. Staff are very helpful and accommodating . Rooms and hotel is very clean. This hotel has kitchen and laundry available. Highly recommend .
