Al inicio l recepcionista no nos quiso dar nuestra habitación, nos dijo que nos la daría después de las 3pm cuando el check in es a las 3pm, dijo que según sus políticas el horario de entrada era "a partir de las 3" entonces pedí hablar con una supervisora, me acerqué para que me mostrara "sus políticas" donde decía eso que me comentó la recepcionista, no me dijo nada, solo tomó mis datos y procedió a entregarme una habitación.

El lugar es bueno, pero cuando reservamos la estadía a través de Expedia indicaba que incluía el desayuno. Cuando fuimos a solicitar el desayuno nos dijeron que como el hotel cambió de administración ya no incluye desayunos. Por lo que NO nos honraron la oferta, por lo que tuvimos que comprar desayunos fuera.

The hotel was in the middle of construction works and there were numerous problems. No hot water for 2 days (depending on the location of the room), no WIFI, poor attention to customer's needs (reported a TV remote control that wasnt working, nothing was done about it). I would not stay here again.

The room was worn. Not as nice as to lower cost hotels that I was forced to stay at due to my original reservation at the Wyndham being cancelled prior to my arrival. The staff was rather unapologetic for the cancellation and offered no assistance. Location is being remodeled. It is a noisy location due to the foot traffic at street level and a ground level "pre-lobby" that is open to the exterior. It tended to collect a sizable amount of young people loudly socializing. Location is good for proximity to the local mall and the associated restaurants. I was only able to stay at the Wyndham the last day of my stay in Guadalajara.

Staff was excellent, but the building in general was on the remodeling, but only the front desk, shower door wouldn’t close all the way towels were dirty and old water out the shower barely came out and would go from cold to hot, but if you’re on a budget and you only go to sleep and wake up, don’t matter to you then it worked, but if you’re not on the budget, it’s worth to look around and pay extra few books, but on the upside down downstairs from it, it had a lot of shops, 7-Eleven restaurants bars, which was cool. I put the maintenance in the building itself sucks breakfast was excellent. Can’t lie about that. All staff members were great treated you well would respect greeted you just a building in general in the rooms.
