Well-equipped, peaceful and centrally located

You will stay in the beautiful 2 Bedroom guest-suite of a modern home that is centrally located- about 20 mins drive from Niagara Falls, 10 mins from Welland Canal, 5 mins from Niagara college, 11 mins from Brock University, 40mins from Buffalo USA, 90 mins from Toronto ON, near tourist centers, museums, parks, beaches and hiking trails.

Well-equipped for your convenience and comfort, this guest-suite is self-contained and boasts of 2 large bedrooms, full washroom, laundry, kitchen, sitting and dining areas beautifully furnished. You will also have access to the shared home gym- a separate space proximal to the guest-suite!

You will find in each bedroom a cozy queen size bed, closet and a workspace (Table + chair + lamp). A toddler crib and a Graco baby playpen with mattress are available to accommodate additional 2 guests (1 baby and 1 toddler)- upon request by a traveling young family!

In addition to the washroom, laundry, kitchen, sitting and dining areas, you will see the linen closet that contains bathrobes and extra linens for your convenience.

The shared gym is equipped with treadmill and rowing machine to help you stay true to your fitness goals!

Feel free to explore your culinary skills in the kitchen well ventilated and equipped with basic cooking appliances including coffee machine (drip coffee and k-cup pod), toaster, electric kettle, blender, basic cookware and dishwasher. Feel free to use the starter beverages (pops, chocolate, coffee: k-cup and instant coffee sachets, tea bags, sugar, salt, black pepper sachets etc) provided for your enjoyment! A shared gas BBQ grill is also available for your use upon request.

For the entire duration of your stay, you will have adequate supply of toilet tissues, facial tissues, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and hand wash. To get you through a couple of nights, starter toiletries are provided.

Just prior to your entry to the guest-suite, there is the shoe+coat rack for you to loosen up and start the adventure!

This bright and spacious guest-suite is at the lower level, possessing large egress windows. Please note that the upper level of the home is occupied by a peaceful young family. So, expect that during the non-quiet times, the presence of the upper level occupants may be felt.

We were extremely pleased with our recent stay. The accommodations were spotless! Very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Greatful for the air conditioning in the middle of a heat wave! Awesome place!

It was a delight to stay in this lovely apartment during our visit to Fonthill! Well-equipped, warm, and welcoming; the comfortable beds gave us restful sleeps every night - truly a “home away from home”!
