While close to many main areas; many homeless and drug users hanging around the property (Tim Horton’s). Room was great as was staff and service. Makes up for the area. I would recommend air fresheners for room since people cook in unit. Lingering smells.

Great hotel but…

Great and clean hotel. Great breakfast. However our booked room with 2x queen and sofa bed (for family of 5) was not available anymore. Not sure if they gave it to someone else but they called us few hours before our arrival and they gave us instead 2x separate rooms which ended up a queen and a double bed which was inferior bedding space without offering us any savings. Our double mattress sagged towards the middle. Also the fridge was doing a metal grinding noise and had to disconnect it. Room to room isolation is good but not from the outside noise. You hear the outside city activity at night thru the window very well.(car with loud exhaust, people screaming, fire trucks… etc). Be aware also that parking is not free. It’s about 20$ per day.
