Nice stay

Friendly staff, nice location, close to Walmart, mall and many places to eat. Housekeeping skipped our room second day so we had request more towels but not a big deal. I did notice jets in hot tub weren't creating bubbles like most hot tubs I have been in but water temp was still nice and warm. My 10 yr old loved the indoor pool.

Very disappointed with my experience at this hotel

Our room was ok but the clerk at the front desk on the evening shift had a horrible attitude. We were travelling with a group and we had ordered pizza and when we went to set up our pizza in the dining area of the lobby we were told that we were not allowed to eat there because she had just cleaned up a mess there and didn't want to have to pick up after us. At $* a night you'd think the staff would let you eat in the designated eating areas of the hotel without any issue but not this girl. The next evening she told one of the ladies travelling with us to go pick up the feathers off the floor that had fallen off of her daughters feather boa that she had been playing with. There were very few feathers on the floor and she didn't ask us she TOLD us. She was very rude and pissy and I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. We had stayed at the Hampton Inn across the road prior to this and due to overbooking of their hotel we had to leave but we ended up checking out of the Comfort Inn and going back to the Hampton as soon as they had available rooms becuase their hospitality was out of this world.
