People were super friendly. The only issue was the bathroom. The vent had dirt or mold on it. The shower head leaked a little. Everything else was nice.

Customer service has always been a little slow to respond the last two times I’ve been there. Front desk person on the phone but doesn’t even wave or acknowledge nonverbally that they’ll be with you when they’re done; they just act like you’re not there. It’s a little off putting. Other than that, great experience
