#Trovember Round barn at Hancock Shaker Village. I've been wanting to explore here since visiting the Shaker Village in Canterbury, NH also the one in Sabbathday Lakes, Maine. The history, culture and Shaker way of life is so interesting and appealing in its simplicity. We visited in April and were excited to meet and0wt the newly born farm animals. We took a tour to hear about daily life in a Shaker Village and then enjoyed a walking trail through woods and meadow and finished off with some delicious ice cream. "Tis a Gift to be Simple, 'Tis a Gift to be Free..." and it's a gift to explore this well-preserved living history museum!

"This is our 3rd year staying here for my son’s birthday in March. Affordable and having the 2 rooms with a kitchen is so nice. My son’s favorite part is the pool which is always warm and clean, never smells too strong like some places. Hot tub feels amazing too. Will be back next year, or sooner :)"

"We had a fantastic stay over Christmas...even got some snow! The house was incredibly clean and the hosts thought of all the details we could need. Our family of 7 was very comfortable. Lots of ski options nearby and towns like Stockbridge and Great Barrington were a short drive away. We would love to stay again some time!"
