Wouldn’t stay here again. The place smelled like curry. Had to take heavy suitcase up the stairs. The hotel looks dingy and outdated. Bathtubs and sinks have been spray painted and there was over spray everywhere

everything was good maybe even great except the breakfast which i don’t usually complain about but it is not good at all and there is only 1 waffle iron!!!!

On the day of checkout housekeeping walked in while I was getting dressed to leave. They didn’t knock or anything no warning, I still had the do not disturb on the door.

Room was nice but the hotel itself needs some tlc.

The room itself was clean, tidy, comfortable. The hotel hallways, lobby and other public area weren’t air conditioned, dirty and outdated. The breakfast room was very warm and humid. The breakfast was free. Eggs were pretty gross. The apple was good. All other options were highly processed and not worth eating.

This property is off the highway but behind another property. Not very well lit. No front desk staff was available, even called for assistance and no answer. Fridge is like a mini fridge, no real space, floor was scratched up, bathroom was stained, towels and wash clothes were old and stained. The bathroom door swung right in front of the toilet. Someone's false eyelash was on the floor. One of the workers was sitting barefoot on the dresser in another room being cleaned. My kids wouldn't even go to breakfast after seeing that! The hot water was scalding hot and reversed on the sink. Just a mess. Would not stay here again.

The breakfast needs to have a better fruit selection and another waffle maker. The traffic of guests is tight and it could take you more than 30 mins to get to the machine to make your waffle. The AC in the room was leaking and it drenched the bags that I had on the floor.

This hotel was absolutely giving motel vibes immediately upon walking in. Upon walking to my room, carpets look dingy and old. Got to the room and pulled the sheets back because I always disinfect. Their were stains on the bedsheets. Called to get everything replaced. Bathroom was disgusting. Called front desk to complain. They sent a cleaner up to change the sheets. I asked for a room change and they stated I will be charged a cleaning fee if I moved from the room to another room ( might actually deserve one myself the way I scrub the bathroom down). Used the hotel rags to clean, asked for new ones they could not provide me with any. Refrigerator had drinks in it assumably from people who stay beforw us. Front desk worker came upstairs to tell me that if he called the housekeeper, they will tell him the customer (myself) have to clean it. Asked for a manager and the guy said no managers are on site today. Additionally they seem to be renovating but they have one guy walking around with a cart with paint and tools instead of hiring real contractors. Tubs looks like they were just spray painted and horrible paint job. Mildew caked up in the corners like they never did a deep cleaning. Floors were dirty. Soap was left under the sink. Housekeeping walks around with all the chemicals exposed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Steer clear of location.

The bathroom was dirty, the tub and the curtains had stains when they came to clean they didnt clean properly i had to explain how to clean it. The room or area they had the breakfast was very hot and uncomfortable i left and went out to get food

There was hair in my bathtub and the sink. The shower curtain smelled like mildew. The hot tub was not operable. There were no towels in the swimming area. My sister in law television was not working originally. The front desk does not answer the phone when there are issues or concerns. We had to go to the front desk to voice all our concerns and to obtain additional towels and wash rags since housekeeping did not come to the room during our stay.
