One of the rooms was dirty - the floor wasn't mopped, the counters were dirty, the pillows and the sheets had stains. I had to call them to change the sheets, give new pillows, wiped down the chair, the counter and mopped the floor. It was disgusting. The other room, riggt before we left this morning, we saw a bedbug

First, the fireplace (AKA the whole draw of the room I booked) was broken. Then, not only was the jacuzzi tub disgusting and definitely not cleaned, but we found BEDBUGS. YES BEDBUGS. When reported to the front desk, they didn’t even offer a refund immediately, but they simply tried to transfer us to the room next door to the bedbug room!!!! Upon inspection of said replacement room, my partner and I decided it still looked disgusting and were uncomfortable staying. The front desk didn’t handle the situation as adequately or urgently as one would expect in such a situation. And, to make matters worse, they didn’t even seem surprised that there were bedbugs!!!! Anyways, wouldn’t recommend. Not clean and not the best customer service.

We stayed here for one night for a sports event in the area. I was hesitant at first reading some of the reviews but the room looked recently remodeled and was clean. The towels are very crappy in the room and at the pool. Breakfast could be much better but for the price of the hotel and the room being clean it was worth the money.

The rooms we had were supposedly non smoking both rooms smelled like smoke. The beds didn’t seem like queen size beds. Very uncomfortable. The bathroom we had was very small and the cabinet with the sink and mirror was on the outside of the bathroom . The swimming pool was completely unbalanced smelling strong of bleach that when you opened the door to that room your eyes burn.

So many issues with this experience! My issue began when the front desk staff member, “Nancy,” called demanding that I pay for my room immediately because the card on file declined. I explained that the card had been cancelled but that I would pay upon arrival, as my reservation clearly stated pay at property. She then threatened to cancel my room if I didn’t pay right then. When I arrived, everything became clear—the elevator was broken, and this major inconvenience had never been disclosed. I currently have a fractured foot and wear a boot to my knee, which makes stairs extremely difficult. Nancy showed zero concern. She simply said she could put me on the first floor, but the king suite I booked was no longer available. After going back and forth, I asked for a refund since they could not provide what I reserved. She refused, was dismissive, and acted as if it was perfectly acceptable to treat customers this way—even with my child present. Because of their lack of transparency and unwillingness to help, I had to find another hotel that could accommodate my injury. The next day, I called to speak with the manager, and shockingly, he was even worse. He defended her behavior and said I “should have just stayed,” and that I made the situation worse by leaving. Completely unacceptable. Even the Expedia representative who contacted the hotel on my behalf said “Nasty Nancy” was rude to her as well. Clearly, this is a pattern. Room was less than ideal. The fridge didn’t get cold at all making it that I couldn’t keep anything and had to dump dairy products out. The bed was not comfortable, some pillows felt plastic like. The paint was chipping off tub and it kept dripping all day/night. Elevator was out of order. Music was blasting from room above me all hoyrs. I complained and nothing done about it. It finally stopped around 5am. Happened for a short time the 2nd night. Room wasn’t checked in on, towels not changed out. Very poor service
