Overall the hotel is quite run down. We have stayed here many times and this time our room was not very clean. The shower had black mold in the tile and drain grout. Definitely do not get stuck with an outside door! We herd every person walk past our door there was sooo much ice. The breakfast was french toast sticks with fake syrup, cold cereal and who knows if the coffee was any good! Good luck

"Everything about our stay was great. From missing our fist night due to the Mackinac Bridge closing - the staff was very accommodating when we contacted them - to checking in and out, etc.
I’ve read some negative reviews online and I don’t understand them - the hotel was clean, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff was friendly. We had zero trouble and will definitely plan to stay with them again."
