Danny Cottage - Country Cottage Near Brighton
Discover the perfect balance of countryside charm and coastal adventure at our stunning Victorian cottage in the desirable village of Hurstpierpoint. Whether you’re planning a romantic escape, a family break, or a trip with your four-legged friend, this luxury self-catering retreat offers the ideal base to explore both the Sussex countryside and the vibrant Brighton coast.
Just a 10-minute stroll brings you to Hurstpierpoint, where you’ll find a wonderful mix of shops, pubs, and restaurants
On your doorstep, several woodland walks invite you to slow down, stretch your legs, and breathe in the fresh Sussex air. After a busy day, return to the peace of the cottage — your private haven in the countryside.
Step inside, and you’ll find a home that beautifully balances Victorian character with modern comfort.
Start in the kitchen, a bright and practical space where you can prepare everything from simple breakfasts to hearty dinners. With its dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, it has all the conveniences you need for a stress-free stay.
From there, wander into the lounge, where a deep sofa and a glowing log burner invite you to curl up with a book, enjoy a movie on the TV, or gather around with the family for a game night. Shelves are stocked with games for children, making it a space full of laughter and relaxation.
For mealtimes, the dining area becomes the heart of the cottage. The large wooden table, seating up to six, is perfect for long family meals, celebratory dinners, or cozy evenings by candlelight.
