Upstairs, four additional bedrooms await. Two feature king beds with mesmerizing lake views, one offers a cozy queen bed, and our kids' bunk room is sure to delight with its twin over full bunk bed, trundle, and twin pull-out bed. Two full bathrooms upstairs and a convenient half bath on the main level ensure ample space for all guests.

Perfect for families, two inviting living rooms, each equipped with smart TVs, provide plenty of space to unwind. One living room includes a pull-out couch for additional sleeping arrangements.

Entertain effortlessly in the open kitchen, fully equipped with modern amenities and a dining table seating 10 guests. Large picture windows flood the space with natural light and showcase the captivating lake scenery.

Explore the lake with our kayaks or make use of the boat slip for aquatic adventures. The dock is fully equipped with amenities including electricity, a gas heater, an Igloo refrigerator, and a dining table for late-night gatherings.

With 75 feet of deep water frontage, outdoor living is sublime. Conveniently located near Honeysuckle Beach and boat launch, as well as Avondale Golf Course, outdoor enthusiasts will find endless activities at their fingertips. Plus, the proximity to Silverwood Theme and Water Park (just 20 minutes away) and downtown Coeur d'Alene (a short 15-minute drive) ensures there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
