Staff is very friendly, and very accomodating. Bathrooms are very old and run down.

Its a filthy dump But most of all they didnt even have my booking I had to pay full price for a filthy unsafe room inside door locks were either missing or didnt work fan in bathroom dodnt work no out lets near bed.

We were traveling with our adult children and needed 2 rooms. Due to prolific stains on the carpet, really bad smells (burnt tobacco and marijuana and strong chemical smells), and mold issues, we had to request to change rooms till we had finally found rooms that were clean and the smell was fine. The rooms we finally wound up in were the fourth option we were shown. The staff was helpful and trying to get us into a better room. Overall very dated and very dirty. Won’t be back. Referred the site to corporate offices for review. ☹️

The place was a dump. It was filthy. The toilet in our room didn't work properly, the blower motor on our a.c was going out, and made a terrible noise. The second room we had the bathroom was disgusting. We stayed 3 days, and no one ever came cleaned the rooms. Would never recommend to anyone!

Awful place. The deadbolt for the room door did not work, so security is an issue. The smoke alarm was missing and the wires were hanging out. The fire department should be notified about this. Two electrical outlets did not work. The bed sheets were stained. The bedspread had cigarette burns. The whole property had cigarette butts scattered around. The check-in experience was unprofessional. The clerk had a cigarette hanging out of his mouth the whole time. He greeted us outside when we walked up at night by saying, “Who are you?” No personality.

For a non smoking property there sure is a lot of cigarettes in the parking lot and burns in the carpet. Room smells like a ashtray

This hotel was the filth! Unsafe! Drunk people partying in front of our door. Up all night smoking and it was being sucked in our room from ac. Asked to be moved or refunded and worker said no. Carpet was caked so bad we had to lay towels on the floor. Our shoes stuck to it. Beds sheets were dirty stained. Had no choice but to sleep clothed and not well. Had manager come into the room and he even said it was bad but couldn’t do nothing about it. Whole city was booked with a rodeo in town
