Perfect for walkers with footpaths all around. Ash Cottage is a 3 bedroom holiday let. 1 double room , 2 twin bedroom rooms. Small secure rear garden, shared front garden with garden furniture. 5 mins drive to local village with pubs, shops and off license or a 15 minute walk. 20 min drive to Brighton. 15 min drive to top of South Downs . 10 mins from Hickstead show ground. Parking for 2 cars per cottage. This is a quiet rural retreat .

This is a lovely property in a beautiful location, very peaceful and quiet but close enough to shops and pubs.

Lovely short break

Great little holiday cottage in a lovely peaceful surrounding. Was a quick drive into Brighton to have a wander around the city, and a nice walk down country lanes to the local village which had a couple of nice pubs to eat in and a decent small supermarket. Ideal for a short break in the countryside with easy access to Brighton and the coast. Would definitely stay again

Amazing

The accommodation was perfect, just as the listing described. Clean , tidy and very relaxing. The property is situated in the middle of fields and is very peaceful. The house is clean and had everything we needed for a little break. Mel was great and was on hand when we needed her.

Country Stay

Lovely row of cottages, each with their own outdoor space and shared laundry facilities. Really lovely spot, quiet and the cottage was well equipped. WiFi was very slow however and mobile signal 4G limited. Bit dusty and a few odds and sods found under the sofa that weren't ours found whilst we were retrieving kids toys. Overall a lovely hidden gem and we would most definitely stay again. Many thanks 😊

Perfect for Brighton and country walks

Peaceful stay for 6 of us plus 2 small dogs. Loads of lovely walks on the doorstop and everything else a short drive away. Really handy for Brighton. Fully recommend staying here
