The room was immaculate. Very clean but dated. as others have written. It was difficult to find staff on-site but they always responded very quickly to a phone call. Mark was out there cleaning up the parking lot right after a pretty good snowfall. He is a very pleasant guy. About the room: the floors were creaky, reminding me of the house where i grew up (just down the road, actually). The bathroom was very clean. Water pressure was good, and we never ran out of hot water. There was a weird ticking sound that seemed to come from the wall with the adjacent room. That was weird. The little coffee maker worked well enough, but we always liked to run up to the Sheetz in town. (Love the French Roast). The little refrigerator and microwave were convenient. I don't remember staying in a room with a microwave... Overall, our room was very clean, comfortable, in a convenient location to get around to all our local family, all with an acceptable price per night.

Super friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and the desk attendant who I presume was the owner based on how kind and accommodating he was made sure we were able to get in our room despite being very late to check in.

Its ok if you have no other place to stay.

Photo in the office shows the hotel circa 1965. My room had the exact furnishings as the room in the photo. The. Exact. Furnishings. Only the bar/restaurant next door for a meal. Food was average small town fare. Pillows were those small ones that have been washed a million times. Bed was comfortable enough. Seriously, it would be a cute hotel if they would put some money into it. There was a sign in the office proudly stating that it was family owned since 1960. Which means it should have been paid off by 1990.

The hotel was given an 8.0 rating which is ridiculous. Obviously that is artificial because there is no way that people staying there would give it an 8.0 rating. It should have something below 3.0. It smelled so bad in the room and there was no way to air it out because you couldn't open the window. There was an air conditioner in there that was so disgustingly full of mold and mildew and kept blowing air through that mildewy air conditioner into my room during the night. Even though it was 58° outside, I was not able to turn it off. Plus, the surfaces of all the furniture was sticky and disgusting and I didn't want to touch it. The only thing good is that the refrigerator seemed clean. I would have left but I didn't have another place to go and I was driving away the next morning. I was so happy to leave as early as I could. I had a terrible night's sleep and I would never stay there again. If it only cost me $40. I still would have thought it was a bad deal but I paid almost $100 for that disgusting room. It smelled like there used to be a smoking room and then they decided it was going to be non-smoking but the stale cigarette smoke still hung in the air plus that disgusting air conditioner which was just pumping foul smelling air into the room all night. On Yelp it only has positive reviews plus that 8.0 very misleading rating. So it makes me not trust, Yelp or any reviews.

Cianci’s is a gem and sliver of what is left of old school Americana. It’s Family owned by the Cianci Family, comfortable, affordable, clean, and with in close driving distance of great NWPA destinations. Highly recommended!!

Oldie but goodie

Is an older motel that is worth the stay. The staff is friendly, property is quiet and clean. Close to downtown Greenville, with a Dollar general near by. This is our 2nd time staying here and will return.

Nice motel.

Nice motel. My room was very nice and clean and comfortable. Very quiet around there. Nice location. It was the perfect place for me to stay for my one night in town for a wedding.
