"Friendly staff."

"The room was clean and in very good condition. However, there were a couple of notable exceptions. There are two switches in the bathroom, one for the light and one for the ventilation fan. The switch for the vent fan does not seem to work as there is no vent fan in the ceiling. There is a round white plate in the ceiling where a vent fan may have been. Between the bunk beds and the queen bed, there is a single double switch on the wall. One must be for a Zombie repellent and the other is a Chupacabra repellent. They worked very well as I did not see any Zombies or Chupacabras while there. Some of the wood furniture could use a touch up pen due to wear. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would recommend to visit, as I plan to stay there again."

"The room was clean, very standard for this beautiful country! We got upgraded in rooms to a poolside room and we loved the view/ view of the beach as well! Jason at the front desk was very nice and informed us of all details of the hotel! We did come during the rainy season so it rained quite a bit but it was super pretty and breakfast was yummy! Everything was great! "

"Everything was wonderful. We had a fantastic time. The rooms were aptly equipped, the communication was efficient, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was clean, the outside areas were super pretty and comfortable. It helped that during this stay we had great weather. We were able to see many animals, from a black squirrel to a whale. I would recommend this location 100 times. The ocean is not apt for swimming as it is rough but the beach is wide and we were able to play in the sun and enjoy the ocean's beauty along with the beautiful sky. We hope to go back one day."

"We had a fabulous time and the house was perfect! It had everything we needed. We were two families (family of 4 and family of 3). There was plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms!!! The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels and beach towels I, as well. The location was great - away from too many people but close enough to Jaco. The views were amazing as well as the daily visits from the cat, macaws, and lizards. The pool was perfect to lounge in. We definitely recommend this place for a fantastic stay!"
