Every detail, from the impeccable cleanliness to the exceptional hospitality, exceeded our expectations. The food was sensational, and we found ourselves looking forward to every meal. Special thanks to Sebastian, Christian, and Juana, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The concierge and front desk team were also fantastic, making our stay seamless. Hotel security was also involved, helping us with luggage, restaurant suggestions, and travel tips. Priscilla (the AM coffee attendant) was clutch to waking up early to get the day started. The hotel’s central location allowed us to easily explore nearby restaurants and shops—everything was just a short walk away. We genuinely can't think of a single negative aspect; it was that good! We’re already planning our return and can’t wait to recommend Hotel Lia to our friends and family. "
