The front desk clerk, Caitlyn was under pressure when we arrived at the hotel with a line of people waiting to check in, but the system was down. Wonderful stay

Check in and out was a breeze. The staff was wonderful - helpful and joyful. The bed was really comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. My husband forgot his fan that helps him sleep - called the front desk and they found a fan for him. Breakfast was not excellent but very good. We were there for a football game at UNC and that was a very convenient location. Definitely would recommend staying here.
