This property don’t even exist. I pay for the hotel. When reach there. The property say they don’t work with Expedia. Only Agoda. The hotel name already change to Bao Long City Hotel. I suppose another operator take over. Contacted Expedia. Transfer me to relocation team. Waited for almost 1 hour unable to find me another hotel. Ask me to find my own hotel and claim accordingly. End up return to Singapore submitted the receipts. No news on reimbursement. Call Expedia and transfer me here and there. Waited for 1 hour and the call just drop off. No reimbursement at all. Have to bear additional expense and roaming calls charges.
