Hotel is on a great location. Coffee, food, bars. Everything is nearby There was construction going on so my window was partially blocked by a tarp. Jade was very helpful booking tours. The hotel staff was awesome !

Our stay the Hotel Happy Life Grand Hotel and Sky Bar was nothing short of amazing. Very accommodating and attentive staff. The Sky Bar and rooftop pool are a perfect way to unwind and relax after adventuring out for the day. Thank you to the staff for the amazing hospitality!

The room was described as delux but did fit this description in anyway. The room was tiny, it had afalse window through which no light passed. The bathroom floor was covered with marks and the bath had a big stain on it. We complained about standard but staff were nonchalent and insisted this room was delux. I would like to see any rooms that were not delux probably the broom cupboard. To be fair we did not see any of the other facilities as we walked out. The manageress Jade was very helpful and upset we left but we could not stay here. Be wary of what you are paying for.

Great location from for city activities. The staff was just awful. Service from the morning breakfast and also inquiries with front desk not great. Access to swimming pool is not safe for seniors.

The Staff at Happy Life was fantastic. It was within walking distance to food, the Bin Market, coffee across the street. The room was perfect for my GF and I. The breakfast each day had plenty of different types of foods to eat for all cultures. The Staff again was fantastic. My GF is from there so she did alot to support me but when she wasnt they were there to help me with questions. I would absolutely make another trip to Happy Life.

Great hotel and excellent staff!! Jennie from dining remembered us every day and brought us her specialty coffee, while Milk at front desk helped make transportation arrangements to Can Tho because we did not want to take the bus. Erik, the bell boy, was sweet and helpful. I give this hotel 5 stars for the staff! Breakfast buffet was good. The shower tub could be a danger so take caution.

Perfect base in Ho Chi Minh

The staff here were so efficient and friendly. Happy to help. The breakfast choices were brilliant and the rooftop bar and absolute bonus!!! The location is fantastic. I’d highly recommend this hotel

This will be the first mostly negative review I have ever left about a hotel. Firstly, they never sent a shuttle I booked both on phone and in email to pick us up at the airport.luckily I wasn’t charged! I’m going in order of how bad stuff unfolded 2. They gave us rooms without windows when I specifically asked for that. 3. Access to the pool was a rickety fire escape that would be deemed risky in New York. Because of construction. No one told us this AND 4 at 6:15 am a deafening noise of drilling woke us out of sleep so suddenly our hearts were pounding. If anyone had a condition they might have had a heart attack. The drilling continued even after we informed them . There was the sound of banging and drilling all day. It was awful. They put us on the mezzanine level -a level uninhabitable whilst this work is going on . More than one guest was upset! The staff was polite but literally did nothing . We should have been offered something- one night free or a discount. Never go to this hotel. It’s nicely located and the breakfast is good but that’s it. Oh and the bathtub is so deep it’s not safe.

This is a fantastic place to stay. It is walking distance to markets and walking streets. Great coffee nearby and some of the best pho I’ve ever had is one block away. The staff are so lovely, Dai, Erik, Hung, Trixie and Jade were all so helpful and accomodating. Thank you, you’ve made our stay in Saigon a special one.
