The Hotel is a budget, no frills situation. It is a minute walk to the markets, and a ten min walk to the larger Saigon centre, luxury shopping centre. It is about 15 to 20 mins walk to the excellent War Remnants Museum. The staff are very helpful especially Thong.

Extremely disappointed. While this hotel has a great location and lovely staff the room was just unacceptable. Firstly we had ants in our room crawling all over the table and a dead cockroach on the floor (meaning room hasnt been used in a while or they dont clean it properly) which we ignored, secondly the door does not hide any light. These photos are from around 3am (you can see the time stamp) and this is how light our room is. The light gets turned off (even with the light off, the room is still light as the stairs lights are on) before we sleep then magically through the night the light gets turned back on. We barely slept for 2 nights. I would not stay here again. Not to mention the steep stairs you are expected to carry your luggage up and down as the elevator only goes to floor 8. If youre going to stay here I would be asking for a room level 8 or below. The last photo is with all the outside lights turned off, as you can see this is still very light... not impressed

The hotel room did not resemble the photos in any way. It was extremely dirty— even the walls were stained with something unpleasant. The room had a strong, musty odor and no window, which made it feel very uncomfortable. The bed was unstable, and the mattress was extremely thin and provided almost no support. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with visible mold, dirt, and tiles coming loose. The entrance to the hotel is through a “massage” establishment, which creates a questionable and uncomfortable first impression due to the people frequently present around the area. We raised our concerns with the receptionist, but the response was dismissive. We were told the photos were only illustrative and that there was no possibility of changing the room. Due to the overall condition and hygiene concerns, we decided to leave and find alternative accommodation shortly after arrival. Additionally, within a very short time of being in the room, we experienced insect bites, which further added to the negative experience. I strongly advise caution when booking this property, as the actual conditions differ significantly from what is presented online.

The hotel room is newly-renovated and spacious. Wifi signal is good. Clean room and toilet. But no phone, no safe, no peep hole, no latch to secure the door from inside and room access card is limited to only 1 per room. Open wardrobe. The lift can only accommodate a maximum of 2 person. Not wheelchair- friendly hotel. The corridor ligths work on motion-sensor and they shut off within seconds. Narrow corridors, only 1 person can pass through. No inter-connecting rooms. Language-barrier with the hotel staff as they speak minimal English. Nonetheless they were helpful.
