We had a late checkin and the staff acknowledged beforehand. However, they went above and beyond when we did arrive (almost midnight) making sure we were comfortable AND assisting us in getting food after our 26 hour journey from the United States.
My wife also left and item in the airport hotel transfer and the hotel staff assisted us in tracking down the company and driver and the item was delivered to us within an hour!
I’ve stayed at many hotels in the Asia/Pacific region and have to say this is one of the best especially considering the price and accommodations.
If I have the opportunity to stay in the city again it will be here.

Not worth the price
Got a room on the second floor. Smelled like urine mold and wood mixed in a bottle. Good thing the staff was quick, friendly, and accommodating and gave me a new room on the 4th floor. Despite the excellent customer service, the hotel is small. The halls are carpeted which smells strange since the hallways are not airconditioned. There is only one small lift with no air conditioning either. Had to take the stairs most of the time cause the wait was too long for the lift. Walls are super thin. Not only can hear all the other doors slam close, you can actually hear other guest swiping the card to get into the rooms. You can also hear guests above you if they move around a lot. You can also hear pipes running through the walls if your neighbor is showering. And when you shower because of the poor design of the shower you literally have a very huge pool of water on the floor after you shower. If it was not for the friendly staff this hotel would've gotten less ratings. In my opinion for the price I paid for this boutique hotel, I would pay just a bit more to stay at a bigger nice hotel such as Liberty City point.
