Wonderful location! Highly desirable and convenient north side location can’t be beat! Close to the beach and a short drive to town. Sanitized and contactless check in! We are nestled just down the street from Tunnel Park Beach. Perfect spot to sun during the day and watch the sunset later. This professionally decorated 3 bedroom, air conditioned home offers family fun for all age groups. Our open floor plan and the fieldstone fireplace in our great room with dining for 14 is great for entertaining or just lounging. Large screen smart tv. The recently remodeled kitchen boasts an open concept with open shelving, new appliances and farmhouse sink. Sleeping accommodations: Main floor bedroom has a queen bed/tv. Upstairs bedrooms includes a bedroom with twin beds and a king bedroom with TV. Lower level bunk room plus pull out queen sofa in the main area in the basement. Newly updated bathrooms, one on the main floor, one on the upper floor. Lower level flat screen tv and dvd player for entertainment as well as a game table and foosball table. Plan a BBQ after a day at the beach on a fully shaded deck. Enjoy the string twinkle lights at night! Roast marshmallows in our fire pit. Bring your bikes to ride on the bike trail outside our front door. Kayak and Canoe rentals close by as well as a the marina for boat and jet ski rentals. Pickleball courts and parks right down the street. 4 flat screen TVs with Roku and streaming, WiFi, DVD players . Relax on the shaded wrap around deck in the comfy Adirondack chairs. New washer and dryer and kitchen appliances.
Ask us about expanding the rental to include our stylish carriage house suite. You will be the only group on the property but can add on this adorable suite with queen bed, living area, full bath and mini kitchen. Great location near Tunnel Park and plenty of room for our family. We spent lots of time reading on the front deck and hanging out at the fire pit in the evenings. We hope to come back next summer!

We had a great time on our vacation. This house met our needs perfectly, we loved it! Our family vacation included myself, my husband, our grown children (29 & 25) son in law (29) and our grandson who will be 2 in a couple of weeks. The kitchen was very well stocked with all of the essentials plus some. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. House was clean, nicely decorated and had great open space. The downstairs bathroom has a corner shower with a deep basin that serves as a tub so it’s great for kids. We have a travel tub for the toddler but we didn’t need it. We all took back to back showers and never ran out of hot water and had great water pressure as well. Tunnel beach is about a 10 minute walk down the paved walking path across the street. Very safe area with friendly people. This is a great property, owners were very responsive to a couple of questions prior to arrival. Check in was super easy. WiFi worked great. Loved the open space and large dining table. Plenty of parking. Downstairs area is such a bonus. We had a lot of fun, and made some great memories in this house! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home

Home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Centrally located. Loved the recommendations listed for local places to visit. Would stay again if ever in the area.The only caution I have is if you have littles ones, be extra careful on the stairs. The space between the rails was big enough fir my granddaughter to put her head and shoulders through, she is 17 months. We watch her closely, always but that just a heads up for those kids that love playing on stairs.

Tulips in Holland

We were in town for the Tulip Festival, which we enjoyed! Traffic is rough on parade days. The VRBO is about 10 minutes from downtown Holland ,15 minutes to the tulip fields and 2 minutes from Lake Michigan.The home is very nice, large wooded yard, quiet neighborhood, gas grill on the wrap around deck. Large kitchen, 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 on the main floor and 1 in the basement.We would stay again.

Sisters Retreat 2025

We had a great experience at this home. The neighborhood was quite, and the neighbors were friendly. We caught the beautiful sunset on the Tunnel Park bridge which is a short walk from the property. Downtown Holland is just about 11 mins away where you can find many boutiques and restaurants. Our getaway experience was amazing here.

Nice place for groups

This was the perfect place to catch up and spend time with friends. Plenty of living space and good sleeping arrangements. Very clean, easy check in/out, and good proximity to the beach and Holland. Nice deck with a grill too if you’re there during the warmer months.

Can’t wait to return!

My husband and I spent the weekend here with 2 other couples and had a wonderful stay! We only wish we could have stayed longer. The accommodations are lovely, communication with the owner was quick, beds were comfy, everything was very clean, and we loved the gathering areas outside at fire pit, on the deck, on the main floor, AND downstairs in the rec room. They were all great!

Amazing!

The house was great. Beautifully decorated, well maintained and lots of amenities. Beds comfortable. Kitchen stocked. Location perfect- a sweet, quiet neighborhood a short drive to town and a short walk to the lake. The owners were very responsive and gave us a great restaurant rec for my son's birthday celebration. We would definitely stay again. We would change nothing about this place!
