The property is fine, but nothing special. Outdated, noisy, small. Kinda in the middle of nowhere. Pricey, but what isn’t anymore! Good for one or two nights so you can enjoy Saugatuck and holland

The bad: old outdated hotel, musty smelling room, no room service that we were aware of. The good: friendly staff and our son liked the swimming pool

Pool area was dirty and not functioning. Entrances had people smoking standing in front of them most of the day. Pictures didn’t reflect the stains on the carpet etc. Hallways near the room smelled of marijuana most of the stay.

Overall, the Country Inn & Suites worked out great for what I needed--a clean, comfortable place to stay while in town for a wedding. My bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. It's pleasant/no frills. I interacted with 3 staff members who were all kind and helpful. This location is tucked away (fairly hidden actually) behind a movie theater and completely empty shopping center. There is one restaurant within walking distance, but the upside is it's open late.
