Room was not ready on time. Many people waiting to check in and many people frustrated. Common area we waited in was still dirty from breakfast at 6pm. Carpet did not look like it had been vacuumed recently. Sand and did very noticeable at bottom of pool and dirty towels all over. Trash bins at entrances were overflowing. Room I was given was smaller than what I reserved and wa snot offered any thing for our troubles.
