The bathroom had stains on the wall. I had to pay extra because I had a pet, so they can thoroughly clean when I left. I would have appreciated them doing a thorough clean before we got there. I’d think 2x before going to another microtel

I was traveling with a pet and required to pay $25 extra per night so they can thoroughly clean when I checked out. I would have appreciated them doing a thorough clean before I checked in. There were stains all over the walls in the bathroom. We also seen a roach. I was surprised that a Wyndham property would be so dirty.

Quiet location

Nice and quiet, staff were super accommodating and friendly. Hotel was easy to find. Price was really good. I would stay there again when I am in the area.

Rude and dirty

I booked a mobility room since my husband is handicapped but was given a standard room. I requested we be moved to a mobility room and was denied since they claimed their handicapped rooms were only on 1st floor and we had a service dog and they aren't allowed on 1st floor. My receipt showed that we booked mobility. The staff was so rude and the room was disgusting

Ground floor room. Walked in and found TV on and time left on microwave. Window didn't close fully or lock. Sheets looked dirty, carpet was gross, everything was old and shabby, common areas not clean, everything outside reeked of pot. It was so bad we walked out, sacrificing the non refundable cost for the night.
