The checkerboard kitchen has everything you need and opens to backyard greenspace complete with sparkling string lights and fire pit - the perfect spot to put a cap on your sun-filled day at the beach. Dining room opens to comfortable living area and enclosed front porch, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The house is kept comfortable in the summer with two AC window units. You'll also find two bedrooms (one king, one queen) with one full bathroom in between. You can even bring Fido since the home is pet-friendly, so the entire family can tag along.

PARKING
There is space for two to three vehicles in the driveway.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code.
