Our 3 bedroom unit has its own private balcony as well as an open floor plan with beautiful views overlooking the marina and Lake Macatawa. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. The second room has a king size bed with an attached room with a bunk bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and bunk bed. Each bedroom has a TV and an attached bath. The unit also has a laundry room, a living area with a sleeper sofa and a spacious kitchen with high-end appliances.

Located on the North side of Lake Macatawa, This unit in The Staterooms is a newly constructed, fully furnished weekly vacation rental located on the second floor of Yacht Basin Plaza, the heart of Yacht Basin Marina. This unit has lake views and is outfitted with all the comforts of home. Our plaza offers Yacht Basin Conference Center, Boat Service & Outfitters, Down the Hatch Party Store, Anew Salon & Day Spa, Grand Banks Yacht Sales and Capital Harbor Investments. Also located on property by the pool is LoLo's Bar & Grill. LoLo’s is an outside dockside eatery with waterfront views, good eats and frozen drinks!

Our heated pool is open Memorial Day weekend through the first week in September.

Located within walking distance is Holland State Park with its expansive sandy beaches, Mt. Pisgah, Winstrom Park, kayak, canoe and stand up board rentals, jet ski and boat rentals, bike rentals and miles of bike paths.

OPEN YEAR ROUND. The Staterooms is not just a summer destination. Visit us in the Spring for Holland's famous Tulip Time Festival. Fall is a great time to enjoy a color tour, go hiking or apple picking. In the winter you can cross country ski, go sledding or marvel at Lake Michigan’s Icebergs. Downtown Holland is a great place to shop even in the winter, with heated sidewalks and an outdoor fireplace to help keep you warm.

Check-in time is 3pm on the start date of your stay and Check-out is 11am.

- No smoking and no pets.
- Must be 25 years old to rent.
- No bachelor, bachelorette or similar parties of any kind.
- Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate large groups or family reunions in The Staterooms, however Yacht Basin Conference Center (on property) can be rented with seating up to 300.

Perfect Lakeside Condo will definitely go back!

Great condo property

Overall great experience. The condo had ample space for 6 adults and 2 young children. The kitchen well stocked and every room very clean. The pool access was a hit with the kids and the Holland beach is a very short drive.

Great stay!

We loved our stay at Yacht Basin Marina! The location was wonderful for our family wedding and it was so nice for 10 people to be able to spread out, enjoy eating in, and also play games and socialize with the other families in our group. We also loved relaxing each morning on the balcony overlooking the water - so pretty! The property was spotless, check in was a breeze, and it was a great location to explore all that Holland has to offer. Chrissy was absolutely great about answering questions and helping us to check in when we arrived later than anticipated. Some of the mattresses are a bit stiff, but other than that, we all loved EVERYTHING about our stay!

Excellent stay near Lake Michigan

We were a family of 6 who visited Lake Michigan for the first time. Our condo, 2N, was recently refurbished and was much nicer that what the online photos indicated. It is very spacious, with a large kitchen and dining room area. The property was very clean and quiet and looked out over the marina, with a nice covered porch. The complex is handy, with a grocery store/party store attached. We rented a boat just down the road, to go out on Lake Macatawa and then Lale Michigan. It’s a very short drive to a few restaurants, a general store, and Ottawa Beach State Park, part of Lake Michigan. The beach there wasn’t crowded and offered beautiful sand and clear water. (It was warm during the last week of July). We would definitely return to this property!

A Great Holland Vacation Spot

The Staterooms at Yacht Basin are convemiently located, well-appopinted, near many wonderful attractions (especially Holland State Park) with quick access to downtown Holland and other places to enjoy. The entire process was positive.

Checks all the Boxes For a Short Getaway

My family needed a few days away and The Staterooms was right there for us. The condo was very spacious and overlooked the marina. The property was clean and quiet (even for having multiple units and being on an active marina!), had a large pool deck and waterfront restaurant. We didn't need management during our stay, but someone was on the property every day. In this year of the pandemic, we felt very comfortable. We could ride our bikes or walk a mile and a half to gorgeous Ottawa Beach and stop for ice cream on the way back. The bike trail was right across the street, easy access to many more trails. The only downside for us was that there is no shopping and only a couple of restaurants in the area where all of the beach hotels and rental properties are located. The main shopping and restaurant district is several miles away, so not walkable, which felt disjointed to us. Overall it was a nice little trip, though, and I would recommend the Staterooms to people wanting to visit the Holland area.
