staff was so friendly and helpful. rooms were clean and comfortable even though very minimal amenities. could have really used a microwave. the one in the lobby was usable but had to go downstairs whenever we heated up leftovers. overall i would book a TRU again.

I discussed upon leaving with the staff that when we had arrived at 1:00 a.m. and went to use the bathroom in the dark once the light was on I realized that there was dried urine all over the toilet seat and underneath it I do realize that the front desk staff has nothing to do with that we were there for a funeral we finished out our stay but the room had not been cleaned at all The floors were dirty there was candy bar wrappers behind the trash cans that we don't eat and the bathroom had absolutely not been cleaned It was just a real disappointment because we usually try to use Hilton when we stay places but this is probably the dirtiest place that I've ever stayed in in a long time thank you

Staff was super friendly. Had issues getting a key card upon arrival., took about an hour. Room had no storage ie dresser/closet and limited hang up for clothes. Some lights didn't work. Had to have someone come up to get refrigerator to cold setting.Everything was brand new, so in good shape.

Property was new, room was nice, clean and comfortable. Just seemed like the staff did not want to work. Checking in, I had to wait several minutes for staff to get off their personal cell phone. Garbage cans were overflowing, coffee not ready, got there 5 till the end of breakfast call and staff were rushing to shut the breakfast bar down. The stay was just okay. I expected more from this place. Room amenities were great; I just expected that management would be more on top of things.
